Meet the Team

Based in the City of Colchester, Flourish Creative is a 2-being team. Laura is an experienced and trained brand & digital designer, social media marketer and online business manager. Flora is a part-time employee and is excellent at ensuring regular breaks for walks and playtime take place and wellbeing levels stay topped up.

  • Founder & Creative

    After a 10-year career as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced Global Executive Search firm (across Central Government and Financial Services appointments) I began to develop a growing niggle around needing more creativity and variety in my work.

    This mindset led me to leave a wonderful team and organisation, and head back to my original creative roots and training.

    I went on to re-train and refresh my graphic design skills in 2015 and took up further training in social media. This refreshed skillset, along with the kick I get out of helping others has been a huge part of the evolving journey of ‘Flourish Creative.’

    I have had the joy of supporting a wide variety of inspiring entrepreneurs, ambitious business owners and busy executives with their creative, marketing, business development and administration work.

    Wellbeing and life balance is really important to me and I recognise how powerful my support can be in helping busy professionals maintain this balance.
